According to §5 of the German Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz), every website that offers "commercial telemedia, usually offered for a fee", shall provide an imprint. I will gladly comply with this obligation as soon as I decide that this website should be more than my private website. However, as long as I only publish a few private opinions here and occasionally blog something about IT technology, I don't see myself affected by §5 TMD.
